Sometimes you see something and you think “that looks great”. Flan is one of those things. It looks great. The ingredients look good. There’s no reason why this shouldn’t be great. And maybe it’s some people’s thing but I feel it’s important to let people know that flan is not custard and it’s not pudding. Flan is gross.
