I wanted some cake. But I don’t have a great chocolate cake recipe. I still don’t have a great chocolate cake recipe. But I did make an ok cake. Nothing great. Me and the kids still ate it. Maybe it would be better if you made it. It’s a single layer cake that I sliced in two and filled with a Ganache frosting. It reminds me of the frozen Pepperidge farm chocolate cake. Maybe I’m being hard on this cake. I still ate the cake.

The only thing I changed was the flour. I used Bob’s red mill 1 to 1 gluten free flour because I bought a 50lb bag and now I need to use it up.
